Audit Committee

 

The Audit Committee, which is chaired by Mr. Stender E. Sweeney, assists the Board in overseeing the integrity of the Company's financial statements, the Company's independent auditors' qualifications, independence and performance as well as the Company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
