We are committed to providing each customer with an enjoyable car rental experience and great customer service. Before escalating a customer complaint, you must have previously contacted our customer service center to initiate an inquiry to resolve your case. You will not be able to escalate a customer complaint without an Avis or Budget case identification number or a Budget Truck Rental customer service situation number. Once your inquiry has been escalated, your case will be reopened by the Office of the President.   • What is a customer service case identification number? If you are using this escalation form you should already have contacted our customer service center. When doing so, our customer service representative will have initiated a case identification number that identifies your case. This serves as a reference number for tracking the status of your inquiry should you have to call or email with additional information.
